RETURNS & EXCHANGES (GROCERY)
We aim to deliver fresh, safe products every time.
• Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, meat, frozen, bakery): cannot be returned due to safety reasons, except where there is a quality issue on delivery. Please report any issue within 24 hours with photos and the order number.
• Non-perishables (packaged items, household goods): may be returned within 2 days if unopened, in original condition and packaging, with the receipt/order number. Opened or used items are not eligible.
• Incorrect or damaged items: if we deliver the wrong item or it arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Let us know within 24 hours.
• Substitutions: if an item is out of stock, we may offer a close substitute of equal/greater value at no extra cost, or contact you for approval. You may decline substitutions at checkout.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Coverage & fees: delivery fee depends on location, order weight/volume, and slot. The fee will be shown before you confirm the order.
• Handling perishables: refrigerate/freeze chilled and frozen items immediately upon receipt.
• Couriers usually do not operate on Sundays and public holidays.
